INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL AND CENTURY ACQUA LIFESTYLE CORPORATION ANNOUNCE EXCLUSIVE, LONG-TERM CLUB AFFILIATION AGREEMENT
Miami, FL, 14 de enero de 2016 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), and Century Acqua Lifestyle Corporation, a subsidiary of Century Properties, today announced an exclusive, long-term club affiliation agreement. The contract includes 152 fractional units housed in the 4-star Novotel Suites Manila, the sixth tower in the 2,4 hectare (6-acre) Acqua Private Residences complex. The project overlooks the Pasig River and is steps from Metro Manila's finest shopping and dining centers.
Novotel Suites Manila is the first hotel developed by Century Properties in partnership with Accor Hotels and is the third branded development within the Acqua Private Residences community. "Over the past 30 years, Century Properties has become one of the leading real estate companies in the Philippines, renowned for its innovative concepts and collaborations with respected brands around the globe," said David Gilbert, Interval's president. "We're very pleased that the company is entering shared ownership with this outstanding urban project, which will have beautiful living spaces, exceptional service, and world-class facilities."
The well-appointed units will feature sophisticated contemporary design ideal for the modern traveler. Planned on-site amenities will include a restaurant, bar and cafe, an outdoor themed lounge adjacent to a spectacular infinity pool, gym and fitness center.

Owners of quarter-shares also will enjoy access to an all-day dining restaurant and bar, the infinity pool, the Executive Club Lounge, the Outdoor Lounge, and Gym as well as shops and restaurants along the community's Riverwalk Promenade. Just across the Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge are more shops, restaurants, and landmarks in the fashionable corridor where the metro Manila cities of Makati and Mandaluyong meet.
Novotel Suites Manila preferred shares' usage entitlements will be ready for exchange when construction is completed in 2019.
Purchasers at Century Acqua Lifestyle Corporation will be enrolled as individual members of Interval International and will also become Interval Gold® members, entitling them to a number of flexible exchange opportunities and upgraded benefits and services.
