INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL ADDS PLAZA ECO RESORT CAPIVARI, THE NEWEST PLAZA VACATION CLUB PROPERTY IN BRAZIL, TO ITS VACATION EXCHANGE NETWORK
Miami, FL, 28 de marzo de 2017 – Interval International, a prominent worldwide provider of vacation services and an operating business of ILG (Nasdaq: ILG), announced the addition of Plaza Eco Resort Capivari, an all-inclusive, mixed-use resort in Paraná, Brazil. This property joins seven other Plaza Vacation Club resorts located in the states of Bahia, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul, which are currently part of Interval’s exchange network.

Plans for the property include three lodging components—hotel, timeshare, and a purpose-built fractional phase, along with a host of amenities and services."
Situated on more than 290 acres in the municipality of Campina Grande do Sul, Plaza Eco Resort Capivari features 99 apartments, cabins, and suites with scenic views of the lush forest, the Capivari Dam, and Pico Paraná—the highest mountain in southern Brazil. On-site amenities and services include a restaurant and bar, spa, sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, kid’s club, playground, petting zoo, bocce ball and tennis courts, and a cowboy ranch. Guests also can enjoy a variety of activities, including hiking, fishing, biking, horseback riding, and kayaking or boating.

Plaza Hotéis is committed to operating Plaza Eco Resort Capivari using sustainable practices to protect the planet’s natural resources and lower the property’s environmental impact in the area. As part of the company’s conservation efforts, Plaza Eco Resort Capivari is powered by energy-efficient solar panels, features a water recycling plant, and its surrounding grounds have been designated a nature reserve. To inspire guests to participate in its conservation initiatives, the property has also implemented a green laundry program designed to reduce energy/water consumption.
New purchasers at Plaza Vacation Club will be enrolled as individual members of Interval International, entitling them to a host of year-round benefits, including the opportunity to exchange their weeks for stays at other resorts in Interval’s global network.
